Dystopia Rising – Day 83 – Redlining

Daily blog: It’s March 30th, 2021, and I don’t know about you, but I’m not okay with these teachers who agree to teach migrant kids in person before they teach American kids in the classroom. Something tells me there’s some money involved.

I’m not okay with our tax dollars being sent worldwide to help people in other countries, either. Especially when we can’t even help ourselves. Not to mention that we don’t have any money to give in the first place, and magic cash does not count.

Our debt is redlining, and the Dempubs print-on-demand mentality will cause our economic engine to blow.

To tell you the truth, I’m not okay with anything this administration is doing.

Dystopia Rising – Day 35 – Brilliant

Daily blog: It’s February 10th, 2021, and your representatives are brilliant. Let’s take a look at their latest ideas.

In New York City, they are proposing a stock-transfer tax that would most likely cause the NYSE to move out of the state. Brilliant!

In Washington DC, Secretary of State Peter Buttigieg suggests the federal authorities require a negative Covid19 test to fly domestically. This move would destroy airlines that are trying to rebuild. Brilliant!

In California, officials want to ban gas appliances, which they say helps the environment. And It will because more restaurants will have to close if this is implemented. Brilliant!

We could go on, but you get the point.

I think it’s time for us to get our foolish representatives under control, don’t you? Now that would be brilliant!

Day Zero – It’s In Your Closet

Daily blog: It’s December 9th, and any man or woman who destroys their family to combat a virus is a fool. Stay home to avoid it, and your family loses everything. Keep working to provide for them, and you have a chance. It’s that simple.

And yet, many Americans are allowing their governors to make that decision for them. “You stay home, you go to work. That business stays open, your’s must close.” And on and on it goes.

So why is this happening?

Because most Americans these days seemed to be neither man nor woman. Acting more like frightened children who’ve been told the boogeyman lives in their closet.

“It’s been quite a while since I was really afraid that there was a boogeyman in my closet, although I am still very careful to keep my feet under the covers when I go to sleep because the covers are magic, and if your feet are covered, it’s like boogeyman Kryptonite.” – Steven King.
