How To Become A Dictator

Step 1: Create chaos and fear.

Step 2: Blame it on someone else.

Step 3: Pretend to be a caring savior.

Step 4: Become a ruthless dictator.

It works every time the majority becomes helpless fools, unable to care for themselves.
