String falls from above
A puppet stumbles, silence
Another rises

Haiku are short — very short — poems

  1. When one sees dark clouds moving in, it behooves one to carry an umbrella, and no one thinks anything of it.

But let someone carry a gun for protection, because no one knows when or where danger will arise. Then he or she has something wrong with them. But the elect get scared and: they put up a fence and have armed guards all around them.
